In this Head Hands & Feet class we will develop a subtle understanding of the construction of each of these unique and often challenging to draw parts of the body. This will include a study of the planes, axis, and volumes, and the structure of the bones and the muscles to show how they play and interact, creating action and character.
The goal is to develop the ability to draw with skill and imagination. There will be lectures, demos, models streaming ‘live’, and personal attention. All skill levels are welcome.
REQUIREMENTS: The instructional book, “Head Shots: An Artist’s Guide to Head Drawing” is a required manual for this class. If you don’t have this book you can purchase it on Amazon, Stuart NG Books or Hennessey & Ingalls.
